Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://naileditfinecarpentry.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Nailed It Fine Carpentry markets and arranges Cabinet Installation, Window Trim Installation, Drywall Repair, Deck Construction, Fence Installation, Door Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Nailed It Fine Carpentry or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Nailed It Fine Carpentry may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Nailed It Fine Carpentry disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Nailed It Fine Carpentry arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Nailed It Fine Carpentry harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of OR, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in OR.
Modifications. Nailed It Fine Carpentry may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
